Pre and post season rates are considerably lower. We
  would recommend Lake George at its finest, May and June
   for those who enjoy the breath of Spring and trout and
    salmon fishing. September and October are very delightful
     months for late vacationers, those who enjoy the colorful
      Autumn beauty of the mountains. Ideal for honeymooners.
       All cottages include heat/air conditioning and cable television.
        Docking facilities are available upon request.

SEASON RATES: From the last Saturday in June through Labor Day.

OFF SEASON RATES: Deduct 30% from the following rates.

SINGLE ROOM COTTAGE
Two rooms, separate bedroom (with double bed) combination living room with hide-a-bed, kitchen and dining area, private bath, and patio overlooking Lake George.

4 PERSONS - In Season $1,000.00/week

     DOUBLE ROOM COTTAGE
    Three rooms, two separate bedrooms (with one double bed in
   each) combination living room with hide-a-bed, kitchen and
  dining area, private bath, and patio overlooking Lake George.

 6 PERSONS - In Season $1,200.00 - $1,400.00/week
